Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking a session or using any service offered through manas365.com.

The two Manas entities

manas365.com brings together two related Manas entities. These terms tell you which entity is responsible for which service.

• Manas Center for Mental Wellness and Counselling — a proprietorship of Dr. Priya Dubey Sharma (Udyam UDYAM-MP-10-0120839). Provides the one-to-one counselling and therapy delivered personally by Dr. Priya (individual, couples, family, teen, career and mindfulness counselling, and online counselling).
• Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited — a private limited company (CIN U62011MP2026PTC085574; PAN AAVCM2269F; registered office HIG 10, L Sector, Ayodhya Nagar, Huzur, Bhopal – 462041, Madhya Pradesh). Provides the digital programmes (Vimukti, Sachetana), all assessments, e-books and courses, the Manas mobile app and platform, and corporate / organisational wellbeing services.

In these terms, “Manas Center” or “the Practice” refers to the proprietorship, and “Mindtech” or “the Company” refers to the private limited company. “we” refers to whichever entity provides the specific service in question.

1. Services offered

Through manas365.com you can access professional counselling and behavioural therapy, wellbeing assessments, digital de-addiction and wellbeing programmes (Vimukti and Sachetana), e-books and courses, and corporate wellbeing programmes.

All counselling services are delivered by Dr. Priya Dubey Sharma (Consulting Psychologist — Applied, Behavioural & Organizational Psychologist) or supervised practitioners, and are provided by Manas Center for Mental Wellness and Counselling. Digital programmes, assessments, e-books, courses, the app and corporate services are provided by Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited. Our services are not a substitute for emergency psychiatric care or medical treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book independently. Clients aged 13–17 may be seen with explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Services are available to residents across India via online sessions and in person in Bhopal.

3. Appointments & booking (Manas Center for Mental Wellness and Counselling)

• Sessions are confirmed only upon successful payment of the ₹500 deposit via Razorpay.
• The deposit is deducted from your total session fee; the balance is payable at the session.
• Session duration is 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed.
• Dr. Priya will not be able to extend sessions beyond the booked duration, to respect subsequent clients.

4. Payments

Payments are collected securely through Razorpay. The entity that provides a given service is the seller of record for that service and is responsible for it.

5. Cancellation & refunds

Cancellation and refund terms differ by service and are set out in full in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. In summary, for counselling sessions: more than 4 hours before the session you may reschedule freely or cancel for a full deposit refund; within 4 hours of the session we will first attempt to reschedule, and if rescheduling is not possible the deposit is non-refundable; a no-show forfeits the deposit. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

6. Confidentiality & limits

All counselling sessions are strictly confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed to any third party except: when you provide written consent for disclosure; when there is an immediate risk of harm to you or another person; or when required by a court order or applicable Indian law.

7. Intellectual property

The Manas brand, the website, all assessments and their results, programme and course materials, e-books and the Manas mobile app are the intellectual property of Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited or are licensed to it, except for material personally authored by Dr. Priya Dubey Sharma in the course of the Practice. You may not copy, reproduce, resell or redistribute any of this material without prior written permission.

8. Nature of wellbeing products

The assessments, programmes, e-books and resources provided by Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited are educational and wellbeing tools. They are non-diagnostic, do not constitute medical advice, and are not a replacement for consultation with a qualified professional. Where a concern needs professional care, we will point you towards it.

9. Emergency situations

Manas does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are at risk of harming yourself or others, please immediately contact iCall: 9152987821, or the Vandrevala Foundation: 1860-2662-345 (24×7), or your local emergency services.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, each entity’s liability in connection with a service is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. Neither entity is liable for outcomes that depend on individual circumstances; results vary by individual.

11. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
