Session packs let you prepay counselling with Dr. Priya Dubey Sharma at Manas Center. Choose 5 or 10 sessions of 60 minutes each, for individual counselling (teens and young adults included) or couple and family counselling. Packs never expire, and each session you book draws from your pack automatically. Log in to buy a pack.
Which pack fits you?
- Individual packs are for one-to-one counselling.
- Couple and family packs are for couples, families and parenting work.
- Teens and young adults (13 to 24) use the individual packs, at the same price.
- Each session is 60 minutes with Dr. Priya Dubey Sharma.
- You can meet online from anywhere in India, or in person in Ayodhya Nagar, Bhopal.
- Packs belong to your account and cannot be passed to someone else.

Most clients notice a meaningful shift within 4 to 6 sessions; some continue longer, and there is no fixed minimum. Dr. Priya will talk this through with you in your first session.
For individual counselling, teens and young adults included, yes: about ₹1,100 or ₹1,000 a session against ₹1,200. A couple and family pack works out to about ₹1,400 or ₹1,350 a session; a single couples session is ₹1,500 and a single family session ₹2,000.
