QHow many employees need to be in a programme?
Minimum 10 employees for group workshops and programmes. Individual EAP counselling referrals have no minimum — even one employee can be referred for one-on-one support.
QIs it available outside Bhopal?
Yes — all programmes are fully available online across India. In-person workshops can be arranged in Bhopal and nearby cities. Dr. Priya conducts corporate sessions with organisations across MP, CG, and online.
QHow is employee confidentiality maintained?
All individual sessions are strictly confidential — between the employee and Dr. Priya only. Only aggregate, anonymised data (e.g. overall stress levels across the team) is shared with HR. Individual disclosures are never shared.
QWhat is the typical duration of a corporate programme?
Standard EAP and wellness programmes run 3–6 months. One-off workshops (stress, burnout, POSH, communication) are available as single-day or half-day sessions. Custom durations are discussed during the initial consultation.
