POSH compliance,
led by a psychologist
Every workplace with 10 or more employees needs a qualified external member on its Internal Committee. We fill that seat, set up your policy and committee, and train your people. Online, across India.

If you have 10 or more employees, this is the law.
The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 requires every such workplace to run an Internal Committee. That committee is not valid unless it includes one external member from outside your organisation. Miss it, and your compliance does not stand.
Constitute a committee
A valid Internal Committee, with a presiding officer and members, at least half of them women.
Add an external member
Section 4(2)(c) requires one member from an NGO, or a person familiar with sexual harassment issues.
Train your people
Awareness sessions for employees and managers, so everyone knows their rights and the process.
File the annual report
An annual report under Section 21, every year, submitted to your district officer.
Three ways we make you compliant.
Take one, or take all three. Most companies start with the external member, the part they cannot do in-house, and add setup and training as they need them.
External committee member
We appoint Dr. Priya as the statutory external member on your Internal Committee. She attends every inquiry, keeps each case fair and lawful, and supports your annual report. Empanelled under Section 4(2)(c) via Indradhanush Welfare Foundation.
Policy and committee setup
We draft your POSH policy, help you constitute a valid Internal Committee, and prepare your display notices, complaint formats and registers. One clean foundation that holds up in an audit.
Employee awareness training
Live sessions for staff and managers on what harassment is, how to report it, and how to respond. Every session is documented with an attendance record for your annual report, and a participation certificate.
Most firms send a lawyer. We send a psychologist.
When someone finds the courage to report harassment, they are trusting a stranger with something painful. A psychologist holds that moment with care, and still runs a rigorous, lawful inquiry. That is the difference between a committee that ticks a box and one people actually trust.
Trained to listen
Eighteen years of holding difficult disclosures with steadiness and care, so complainants feel safe enough to speak.
Rigorous and lawful
A doctorate in organisational psychology, and a process built to stand up to scrutiny, not just to satisfy a form.
The right standing
Familiar with the cause of women and empanelled through a registered NGO, which is exactly what Section 4(2)(c) intends.
