Cancellation & Refund Policy

We are committed to a fair and transparent experience for every client. This policy applies to all services offered through manas365.com and tells you which entity is responsible for each, and the cancellation and refund terms for each.

The two Manas entities

manas365.com brings together two related Manas entities. These terms tell you which entity is responsible for which service.

• Manas Center for Mental Wellness and Counselling — a proprietorship of Dr. Priya Dubey Sharma (Udyam UDYAM-MP-10-0120839). Provides the one-to-one counselling and therapy delivered personally by Dr. Priya (individual, couples, family, teen, career and mindfulness counselling, and online counselling).
• Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited — a private limited company (CIN U62011MP2026PTC085574; PAN AAVCM2269F; registered office HIG 10, L Sector, Ayodhya Nagar, Huzur, Bhopal – 462041, Madhya Pradesh). Provides the digital programmes (Vimukti, Sachetana), all assessments, e-books and courses, the Manas mobile app and platform, and corporate / organisational wellbeing services.

In these terms, “Manas Center” or “the Practice” refers to the proprietorship, and “Mindtech” or “the Company” refers to the private limited company. “we” refers to whichever entity provides the specific service in question.

1. Counselling sessions

Provided by Manas Center for Mental Wellness and Counselling.

• Cancellation by client: cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled session receive full credit or rescheduling at no charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session: the session fee is non-refundable, and you may reschedule once at no extra charge. No-shows without prior notice: the session fee is forfeited.
• Cancellation by Manas: if Dr. Priya needs to cancel due to an emergency, you will be notified at the earliest and offered the next available slot at no additional cost, or a full refund.

2. Psychological assessments

Provided by Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited.

• Free assessments: no payment, no refund applicable.
• Paid PDF reports (₹299): once a report has been generated and delivered, refunds are not available. If a technical error prevents delivery, we will regenerate and resend the report or issue a full refund.

3. Vimukti de-addiction programme

Provided by Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited.

• Before programme start: full refund if cancellation is requested before the initial assessment session.
• Within Week 1: 75% refund of programme fee.
• Within Week 2: 50% refund of programme fee.
• After Week 2: no refund.
• You may pause the programme for up to 30 days and resume at no additional cost.
• 90-day relapse support (Premium tier): this represents a commitment to extended support sessions, not a guarantee of any specific outcome. Results vary by individual.

4. Sachetana & other digital programmes, e-books and courses

Provided by Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited.

• Digital programmes with a defined start (such as Sachetana) follow the same structure as Vimukti above: full refund before the programme start, with reducing refunds thereafter as set out in your programme details.
• E-books and downloadable resources: because these are delivered digitally, they are non-refundable once the download has been made available. If a technical error prevents access, we will resend the file or issue a full refund.
• Courses: refundable before you access the first module; once course content has been accessed, refunds are not available.

5. Corporate wellness programmes

Provided by Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited.

• Cancellations made 7 or more days before a scheduled workshop: full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before: 50% of the agreed fee is payable.
• Monthly retainer programmes: 30-day written notice required for termination. Fees paid for the notice period are non-refundable.

6. How to request a cancellation or refund

Contact us at priya@manas365.com or WhatsApp +91 99818 13224 with your booking details. Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.

7. Which entity refunds you

Refunds are issued by the entity that provided the service: Manas Center for Mental Wellness and Counselling for counselling, and Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited for programmes, assessments, e-books, courses and corporate services. During the current transition period, refunds for the Company’s products may be processed through the Practice’s interim collecting account until the Company’s own account is active.
