Dr. Priya teaches evidence-based techniques drawn from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), somatic awareness, and breathing neuroscience. These are practical tools — not meditation retreats or philosophy lectures.
Sessions are 60 minutes. Can be standalone or combined with individual counselling. In-person in Bhopal and online.
