2. What Data We Collect

  • Booking forms: Full name, email address, phone number, preferred session type
  • Doctor referral forms: Doctor name, clinic name, contact email, patient details (only what you choose to share)
  • Contact forms: Name, email, message
  • Assessment results: Responses to psychometric tests (stored anonymously unless you create an account)
  • Account registration: Email address, name, password (hashed)
  • Website analytics: Anonymised data on page visits, device type, location (city level) via Google Analytics
  • Payment information: Processed by Razorpay — we do not store card or banking details

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To schedule and confirm counselling appointments
  • To send appointment reminders via email and WhatsApp
  • To process payments through Razorpay
  • To send you relevant mental wellness resources (only if you opt in)
  • To improve our website and services through analytics

4. Third-Party Processors

  • Razorpay (razorpay.com) — Payment processing. Data stored in India.
  • Google Analytics / Site Kit — Website analytics (anonymised). Data processed in US/EU.
  • Meta (Facebook Pixel) — Ad performance measurement (only with your consent). Data processed internationally.
  • AiSensy / WhatsApp Business — Appointment reminders via WhatsApp.
  • Hostinger — Website hosting in Europe.

5. Cookies

  • Necessary: WordPress session cookies, login cookies. Required for the site to function.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid). Collect anonymised usage data. Requires your consent.
  • Marketing: Meta Pixel (_fbp). Used to measure ad effectiveness. Requires your explicit consent.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to: access the data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent at any time, and object to processing. Email priya@manas365.com to exercise any of these rights.

7. Data Retention

  • Booking and client records: 3 years from last session
  • Assessment responses: 1 year unless deletion requested
  • Analytics data: 26 months (Google Analytics default)
  • Payment records: 7 years (statutory requirement)

8. Security

Your data is transmitted over HTTPS (TLS 1.2+). Passwords are hashed. We do not store payment card details. Our hosting provider (Hostinger) maintains ISO 27001 certification.

We will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page when significant changes are made.
