This policy explains how the two Manas entities collect, use and protect your personal information when you use manas365.com.

The two Manas entities

manas365.com brings together two related Manas entities. These terms tell you which entity is responsible for which service.

  • Manas Center for Mental Wellness and Counselling — a proprietorship of Dr. Priya Dubey Sharma (Udyam UDYAM-MP-10-0120839). Provides the one-to-one counselling and therapy delivered personally by Dr. Priya (individual, couples, family, teen, career and mindfulness counselling, and online counselling).
  • Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited — a private limited company (CIN U62011MP2026PTC085574; PAN AAVCM2269F; registered office HIG 10, L Sector, Ayodhya Nagar, Huzur, Bhopal – 462041, Madhya Pradesh). Provides the digital programmes (Vimukti, Sachetana), all assessments, e-books and courses, the Manas mobile app and platform, and corporate / organisational wellbeing services.

In these terms, “Manas Center” or “the Practice” refers to the proprietorship, and “Mindtech” or “the Company” refers to the private limited company. “we” refers to whichever entity provides the specific service in question.

Each entity is the data controller for the personal information it processes: Manas Center for Mental Wellness and Counselling for counselling bookings and session information, and Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited for products, assessments, app and corporate services.

1. What data we collect

  • Booking forms: full name, email address, phone number, preferred session type.
  • Doctor referral forms: doctor name, clinic name, contact email, patient details (only what you choose to share).
  • Contact forms: name, email, message.
  • Assessment results: responses to psychometric tests (stored anonymously unless you create an account).
  • Account registration: email address, name, password (hashed).
  • Website analytics: anonymised data on page visits, device type, and city-level location via Google Analytics.
  • Payment information: processed by Razorpay — we do not store card or banking details.

2. How we use your data

  • To schedule and confirm counselling appointments.
  • To send appointment reminders via email and WhatsApp.
  • To process payments through Razorpay.
  • To deliver assessment results, programmes, courses and e-books you have requested.
  • To send you relevant wellbeing resources (only if you opt in).
  • To improve our website and services through analytics.

3. Sensitive information & confidentiality

Information you share in a counselling session is treated as confidential by Dr. Priya Dubey Sharma in line with professional ethical standards. Assessment responses collected by Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited are wellbeing data used to generate your results; they are not a medical record and are not used to diagnose any condition.

4. Third-party processors

  • Razorpay (razorpay.com) — payment processing. Data stored in India.
  • Google Analytics / Site Kit — website analytics (anonymised). Data processed in US/EU.
  • Meta (Facebook Pixel) — ad performance measurement (only with your consent). Data processed internationally.
  • AiSensy / WhatsApp Business — appointment reminders via WhatsApp.
  • Qualified counsellors engaged by Manas 365 Mindtech Private Limited to deliver its programmes, where a programme includes live sessions.
  • Hostinger — website hosting in Europe.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

5. Cookies

  • Necessary: WordPress session cookies, login cookies. Required for the site to function.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics cookies (_ga, _gid). Collect anonymised usage data. Requires your consent.
  • Marketing: Meta Pixel (_fbp). Used to measure ad effectiveness. Requires your explicit consent.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access the data we hold about you, request correction or deletion, withdraw consent at any time, and object to processing. Email priya@manas365.com to exercise any of these rights.

7. Payment data

Payments are handled by Razorpay under its own privacy policy. We do not store your full card or banking details on our systems.

8. Children

Services for those aged 13–17 require the explicit written consent of a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page.
