Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your data. This page explains how — for all Manas services and for Facebook-connected features.

All Manas Data

Delete all your Manas data

To request deletion of all your Manas data — including assessment responses, purchased products, booking history, and account information — send us an email with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.

We will acknowledge your request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days, in line with applicable data protection laws.

Facebook-Connected Data

Delete Facebook-sourced data

When you use our Facebook-connected features (such as logging in via Facebook), Manas may receive limited data from Meta as permitted by you. This data includes your public profile name, profile picture, email address (if granted), and Facebook User ID.

To delete this data, follow the same process above — email priya@manas365.com with subject “Data Deletion Request”.

⚠️ Deleting your data from our systems will not affect data held directly by Meta. To remove data from Facebook, visit your Facebook Privacy Settings.
What Data We Hold

Data we may hold about you

  • Assessment responses and scored results
  • Purchased products (reports, e-books, bundles)
  • Booking history and session records
  • Account information (name, email, phone)
  • Facebook profile data (if you connected via Facebook)
  • Payment transaction records (processed via Razorpay — card details are never stored by Manas)

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use it for advertising. It is used solely to provide you with services on manas365.com.
