मनस् संवेदना
Manas Samvedna
Free and subsidised counselling, community workshops, school programmes, and crisis support — because mental wellness should never be a privilege.
The problem no one talks about
In India, 150 million people need mental health care. Less than 30 million get it. The reason isn’t always stigma — often, it’s simply cost. A single therapy session can cost ₹1,000–3,000. For a daily wage worker, that’s a week’s earnings.
Manas was founded with a belief that honest, compassionate psychological care should be available to everyone — regardless of who you are or where you come from.
संवेदना means empathy — the ability to feel what another person feels. It’s not charity. It’s a responsibility.
