What It Is

The nervous system is trainable. Most people have spent years training it towards reactivity — through chronic stress, poor sleep, and constant stimulation. Mindfulness and emotional regulation work trains it back towards steadiness.

Dr. Priya teaches evidence-based techniques drawn from Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), somatic awareness, and breathing neuroscience. These are practical tools — not meditation retreats or philosophy lectures.

Sessions are 60 minutes. Can be standalone or combined with individual counselling. In-person in Bhopal and online.

Yes — and often the combination is more powerful. Mindfulness tools provide support between counselling sessions when you need them most.
QHow quickly will I notice a difference?
