To delete your data, email manu@manas365.com or WhatsApp +91 99818 13224 from your registered contact with the subject "Data Deletion Request". We verify it is you and act within 30 days. By law we still keep session records for 3 years and invoices for 8 years.
How does deleting your data work, in plain words?
- You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
- Send the request from the phone or email you used with us.
- Use the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- We first check that it is really you, so no one else can delete your data.
- We finish within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
- We delete your account, contact details and messages.

Request the deletion of your data
You may ask us to delete the personal data we hold about you. This is your right as a Data Principal under the DPDP Act, 2023.
How to request
Email our Grievance Officer at manu@manas365.com (or WhatsApp +91 99818 13224) from your registered contact, with the subject “Data Deletion Request”. We may verify your identity before proceeding.
What we delete
On a verified request we delete your account, profile, contact details, communications, and — where applicable — your non-mandatory session information, unless we are required to keep specific records by law.
What we must retain
We are legally required to keep certain records even after deletion — principally counselling session records (3 years) and financial and invoice records for 8 years under Indian tax and company law. These are retained securely and used only for compliance.
Timeline
We action verified deletion requests within 30 days and confirm once complete.
