Please read these Terms of Service carefully before booking a session or using any services offered by Manas – Centre for Mental Wellness & Counselling.

1. Services Offered

Manas provides psychological counselling, behavioural therapy, wellness assessments, and de-addiction programmes. All clinical services are delivered by Dr. Priya Dubey Sharma (Applied & Behavioural Psychologist) or supervised practitioners. Our services are not a substitute for emergency psychiatric care or medical treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to book independently. Clients aged 13–17 may be seen with explicit written consent from a parent or legal guardian. Services are available to residents across India via online sessions and in-person in Bhopal.

3. Appointments & Booking

  • Sessions are confirmed only upon successful payment of the ₹500 deposit via Razorpay
  • The deposit is deducted from your total session fee; the balance is payable at the session
  • Session duration is 60 minutes unless otherwise agreed
  • Dr. Priya will not be able to extend sessions beyond the booked duration to respect subsequent clients

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • More than 4 hours before session: Reschedule freely, or cancel for a full deposit refund
  • Within 4 hours of session: We will first attempt to reschedule. If rescheduling is not possible, the deposit is non-refundable
  • No-show: The session is forfeited and the deposit is kept
  • Refunds, where applicable, are processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method

5. Confidentiality & Limits

All sessions are strictly confidential. Information shared will not be disclosed to any third party except:

  • When you provide written consent for disclosure
  • When there is an immediate risk of harm to you or another person
  • When required by a court order or applicable Indian law

6. Emergency Situations

Manas does not provide crisis or emergency services. If you are experiencing a mental health emergency or are at risk of harming yourself or others, please immediately contact:

7. Online Sessions

Online sessions are conducted via Google Meet. You are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection, a private environment, and the necessary device. Technical difficulties on your end do not qualify for a refund.

8. Assessments

Psychological assessments provided on manas365.com are validated screening tools for informational purposes. They do not constitute a clinical diagnosis. Results should be discussed with Dr. Priya or a qualified mental health professional.

9. Vimukti De-Addiction Programme

The Vimukti programme is a structured 4-week psychological de-addiction programme. Results vary by individual. Successful outcomes require full programme participation. The programme fee is non-refundable after Week 1 has commenced.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on manas365.com — including frameworks, assessment tools, programme materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of Manas and Dr. Priya Dubey Sharma. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.

11. Payments

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay’s Terms of Service.

12. Limitation of Liability

Manas and Dr. Priya Dubey Sharma shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
