5. Apna Khayal Rakhna Na Bhulein: Jo log kisi addiction se lad rahe vyakti ki madad kar rahe hain, unke liye bhi yeh zaroori hai ki woh apna khayal rakhein. Yeh process emotionally drain kar sakti hai, isliye apni well-being ka dhyan rakhna bhi utna hi zaroori hai.
