Vision, Mission & Values

Vision

A Central India where no one suffers in silence because they couldn’t access, afford, or trust professional psychological care.

Mission

To deliver evidence-based psychological care — clinical, corporate, and de-addiction — through a named expert, a trusted institution, and technology that makes it accessible: in Bhopal and online across India.

Our vision names the three real barriers: access, affordability, and trust. Our mission describes exactly what we do — not as aspiration, but as a daily operating standard.

Our Five Core Values

Value 01
Hear First
Every Manas interaction begins with listening. Not assessing, not fixing — listening. We believe being truly heard is itself therapeutic, and we never rush past it.
Value 02
Rigour Without Jargon
We practise evidence-based psychology — CBT, trauma-informed care, validated assessments, outcome measurement. We don’t dumb it down; we translate it.
Value 03
Dignity in Every Room
Seeking help is an act of courage, not weakness. We will never make a client feel labelled, judged, or defined by their difficulties. The person is always more than the problem.
Value 04
Sustainable, Not Infinite
We believe in building people’s capacity to live well without needing a therapist forever. Our job is to give every client tools that outlast any session.
Value 05
Rooted in Place
Manas is a Bhopal institution. We understand the cultural pressures, the family dynamics, the professional contexts, and the social fabric of Central India. We are not a faceless national platform. We are your neighbours.

Manas was not built in a boardroom.

It was built in a home in Bhopal, watching a father heal people for forty years.

Dr. Rangnath Dubey — DHMS, homeopathic physician — spent four decades believing that no ailment is ever purely physical. Priya grew up watching him listen — really listen — to each person who came through their door.

“I didn’t decide to become a psychologist. I realised, quite late, that I had always been one — I just needed the training to do it properly.”

She pursued psychology with the same conviction her father had brought to medicine. M.Phil in Health Psychology. M.A. in Psychology. PG Diploma in Guidance and Counselling. PG Diploma in HRD. A PhD on workplace spirituality and human well-being.

Eighteen years later, across schools, universities, government programmes, India’s largest bank, and a UN-funded adolescent helpline, the conviction has never changed: every person who walks in deserves a space that is unhurried, non-judgemental, and genuinely theirs. That is what Manas is.

Dr. Rangnath Dubey Founding Patron

Dr. Rangnath Dubey

DHB · Homeopathic Physician

For over forty years, Dr. Rangnath Dubey practised homeopathic medicine in Bhopal with a belief that no ailment exists only in the body. Every patient carried a story — a grief, a fear, a burden held too long — and he always made time for that story.

His lifelong practice shaped the philosophical foundation of Manas before it ever had a name. Manas carries his belief in every session — that every person who comes seeking help deserves to be met with patience, dignity, and the full attention of a human being who genuinely cares.
