Rishton Ki Khushboo: Humari Khushi Ka Raaz

Namaste! 18 saalon se zyada ki meri practice mein, maine dekha hai ki kaise hamare rishte – chahe woh parivaar se hon, doston se, ya humare humsafar se – hamari zindagi ki khoobsurti aur shaanti ka ek bada hissa hote hain. Kabhi kabhi hum itne busy ho jaate hain ki hum in rishton ko sambhalna hi bhool jaate hain. Phir lagta hai kuch kami hai, kuch adhoora hai. Yeh aam hai, par is par dhyan dena bahut zaroori hai.

Aaj main aapko ek chhoti si cheez batana chahungi jo aap aaj hi se shuru kar sakte hain. Jab bhi aap apne kisi khaas insaan se baat karein, toh koshish karein ki phone ko side mein rakh dein aur unki baaton ko poora dhyaan se sunein. Unki aankhon mein dekhein, unke expressions ko samjhein. Yeh “active listening” ka tarika hai, aur yeh rishton mein bharosa aur connection ko mazboot karta hai. Ek chhota sa pal, par iska asar bahut gehra hota hai.

Ek baar khud se poochhiye: “Aaj maine apne kisi rishtey mein kitna waqt aur kitna dhyaan lagaya hai?” Is sawaal ka jawab aapko batayega ki aapke rishton ko abhi aur kya chahiye.
