Dr. Priya doesn’t teach mindfulness from a YouTube course. She holds a PhD in Applied & Behavioural Psychology and has spent 18 years working with individuals, couples, families, and corporates across schools, universities, a UN-funded helpline, and India’s largest bank.

At Manas Retreat, she doesn’t just guide you through relaxation exercises — she helps you understand why you’re stressed, what patterns keep you stuck, and what to actually do about them. This is the difference between a wellness retreat and a mental wellness retreat.
